Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

1.Who we are, and what these terms cover

Tixdata (“Tixdata”, “we”, “us”) provides secondary ticket market intelligence at tixdata.net — sales tracking, pricing analytics and inventory data aggregated across public secondary marketplaces.

These terms form an agreement between you and Tixdata. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the website or API, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2.The service

Tixdata collects and aggregates publicly available listing and sales information from third-party ticket marketplaces and presents it as analytics. We provide the service on an ongoing basis and may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops.

Tixdata is an information product. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decisions you make using our data are yours alone.

3.Accounts

You sign in with Discord or Google. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to it secure. Accounts are for one person — do not share your login, your session, or an API key with anyone else.

You must be at least 18 years old, and the information you give us must be accurate.

4.Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

  • Paid access is £99 per month, or £990 per year (billed annually).
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
  • We do not generally give partial refunds for an unused part of a period. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
  • If a payment fails and is not resolved, paid access ends.
  • We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told before a change applies to their renewal.

5.Free previews and community access

Some data is visible without a subscription as a preview, with gated figures withheld or reduced. Preview access is not guaranteed and may change at any time.

Members of a partner community may receive access while their membership is active. That access is tied to the membership — if the membership lapses or is withdrawn, the corresponding access to Tixdata ends too.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the website or API beyond the request quotas published for your plan;
  • use automated tools, scripts, headless browsers or multiple accounts to exceed or evade those quotas;
  • republish, resell, redistribute or sublicense our data, or build a competing product from it;
  • share, sell or publish your account credentials or API key;
  • attempt to break, probe or circumvent the access controls, authentication or rate limits;
  • use the service unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or other users.

We apply hourly, daily and weekly request quotas. They are sized so that ordinary use never reaches them. If you need higher volume, ask us rather than working around them.

7.API access

API keys are issued for server-to-server use. Keep your key secret and never place it in a browser, a mobile app, or any client you do not control — anyone holding it can use your quota and act as you. Tell us at once if a key is exposed and we will rotate it.

API responses are covered by the same restrictions as the rest of the service, including the prohibition on redistribution.

8.Accuracy of the data

Our data is gathered from third-party sources that we do not control. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, correct, or continuously available. Coverage of any given marketplace, event or period may change or stop without notice.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9.No affiliation with marketplaces

Tixdata is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any ticket marketplace, venue, promoter, team or rights holder whose public data we aggregate. Trade marks referred to belong to their respective owners.

10.Our intellectual property

The website, the software, the compiled datasets, and the analytics and presentation layers are owned by Tixdata or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business or personal purposes for as long as it is active. No other rights are granted.

11.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice where the circumstances are serious — if you breach these terms, in particular the acceptable use section, or if your use threatens the integrity or availability of the service for others.

You may stop using Tixdata at any time, and may ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

12.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost or inaccurate data, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Tixdata after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14.Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
